Happy Halloween

This year Drew was a BAT for Halloween, and a cute one! We went back and forth about what he wanted to be, because at this age they think everything is cool, so actually its good for the parents, because Mom gets to pick. So naturally I picked something he would keep warm in, as usually in Michigan Halloween is a cold evening, with rain sometimes. This year though, was the exact opposite, it was a beautiful fall day and warmer then average.
Drew celebrated at his preschool party (I got to attend and volunteer, which was a blast!), the kids were all so cute in their costumes, they made a neat picture frame, played a game (although since mom was there, Drew helped me set up for snack instead), then onto the FOOD! the kids had a HUGE array of items to pick from, which ended with LARGE homemade sugar cookies, which were prepared by Papa Bragg (thanks again), the kids got to frost them all by themselves and decorate them (some kids, Drew included decided it be equally fun just to lick the frosting off of the spoon- LOL). The neighbors in our sub were more generous this year then last with great candy and decorations. Drew filled his whole pumpkin up, went through some mini kid halloween houses, and ended at Uncle Grant & Aunt Tracy's house, where he played the rest of the night in the leaves with Daddy, Uncle Tony and his buddy Jacks. Hope everyone had as much fun as Drew did!!!
